- Pupils: 3mm bilateral and reactive [PEARL = pupils equal and reactive to light]
- Temp: 37.4 degrees Celsius
- Resp rate: 40 breaths/min
- BP: 89/65 mmHg
- HR: 97 bpm
- Sats: 90% upon LAS arrival; after 2L oxygen = 94%
- Moaning, confused, mild wheeze, distended abdomen
- BG: 4.2mmol/L; glucogel administered
- 500ml of fluid administered, which brought SBP to 105 mmHg
- 1 cannula in right AVF (arteriovenous fistula)
